- Accounts Payable entry and tracking
- Accounts Receivables entry and tracking
- Accounting Data Analysis and Updates – creating reports, analyzing profitability and providing updates to management for a service-centered business
- Ensure office is running efficiently and processes are up to date:
- Maintaining office supply inventory
- Scheduling and Calendar Management
- Meeting Planning and Organization
- Project Support
We’re looking for:
5+ years’ experience in related bookkeeping and office management or executive administration
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent writing skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency in Excel
Experience in marketing services environment
Excellent with people
Understanding of high-level business communications
Strong desire to produce quality work
Attention to detail
